Social Justice Center

Celebrate the Summer solstice with the Social Justice Center! What better way to spend the longest day of the year than a full day of live music and festivities?!

The SJC Jubilee will be held outside the SJC, and will feature local musicians playing a variety of genres. As a part of “Make Music Madison” this is a free event - but the SJC needs your support to keep our doors open so our organizations can keep doing the incredible work they do, so there will also be plenty of opportunities to donate! There will also be food and drinks available.

Sponsor the Jubilee

What is the Social Justice Center?

The Social Justice Center is a vibrant hub of social justice activity, collaboration and activism. SJC serves as an office building for local organizations critical to our community as well as an incubator space where smaller projects can launch their ideas.

The 11 organizations at the SJC serve a diverse population throughout the Madison area and work on a variety of issues including housing and homelessness, restorative justice, civic participation, literacy in prisons, cooperative development, socially-conscious art programs, and affordable financial services. Together, our organizations serve over 25,000 people in Dane County annually and after our 2018 renovations, more and more people interact with the SJC every day.

The packet further details our sponsorship options for the SJC Jubilee.  We want to tailor sponsorship opportunities to the needs and interests of your company. We would be more than happy to figure out another sponsorship package combination outside of those listed below if that would be of interest as well. To discuss sponsorship possibilities for your company, or if you have any questions, please contact Annie at or 608 - 227 - 0206.

As a part of “Make Music Madison” on Friday June 21, we are hosting a day long event of musical performances and festivities outside the Social Justice Center, located at 1202 Williamson Street. By choosing to become a sponsor of this event, your organization will enjoy a wide range of benefits derived both from event promotion and at the event itself. Our prime location on Willy Street near Central Park, combined with being an official Make Music Madison event, means that we anticipate the Jubilee will receive substantial foot traffic on top of more targeted publicity campaigns.
