Tenant Resource Center (TRC) is a non-profit membership organization that provides housing counseling, mediation services, and office assistance to tenants and landlords throughout Wisconsin. Information on state and local rental laws and regulations and lease screening services are available at the Tenant Resource Center. TRC can also refer clients to other agencies when appropriate to assist them with their needs.
